• Our chalets are about 15 metres from the swimming pool, and about 30 metres from the sea. 
• The double storey building that we call “The Beach House” consists of two separate rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, with separate entrances. It is about 5 metres from the beach.
• All our chalets are air conditioned, with an overhead ceiling fan, and all have a shower room en suite with hot water and a western style flushing toilet. All rooms have an extra large king size bed. 
• The difference between the standard rooms and the superior rooms is that the standard rooms do not have dressing tables or cupboards. They do have somewhere to hang your clothes.
• The rates do not include breakfast because we have found that our guests prefer to choose their options each day, so we offer a wide range from a bowl of cornflakes (60 baht) to what we call a “healthy start” which includes a bowl of fresh seasonal fruit topped with plain yoghurt, honey and muesli, a glass of fruit juice, 2 slices of toast with butter and jam (150 baht) as well as western-style breakfasts of French Toast, 3-egg omelette, or Thai Rice Soup.

Please note:

• For stays of 5 nights or more we offer a 5% discount on above rates (excluding Dec, Jan, Feb, Jul & Aug).
• For stays of 10 nights or more we offer a 10% discount on above rates (excluding Dec, Jan, Feb, Jul & Aug).
• The sharing rate is THB 200 per extra guest.
• Extra guests are accommodated on kid’s mats, with bedding.
• We have a small travel cot for babies at no extra (but only one is available, so please remember to request it in advance).
• A 50% deposit is payable on booking. The balance is payable on arrival.
• A cancellation fee of 15% of the deposit will be charged. (50% x 15% = 7.5% of total.)
• Deposits will be forfeited if cancelled less than 14 days before arrival date.
• We do not have any compulsory so-called “gala dinners” like many other resorts.
